Items ordered can only be delivered to persons with an address in Mainland United Kingdom.

(excl. N. Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man)
£3.99 2-3 working days.
We will despatch your purchase within 2-3 working days after receiving your order.
Delivery is free for orders over £75 this will be applied at the checkout.
As soon as your order has been despatched, we will send you a confirmation email with the delivery information and a link for you to track your order online.
Please always check your junk mail if you have not received this within 48 hours or ordering your item, allow 72 hours if ordering at the weekend.
HOW TO RETURN
If you wish to return an item please use the prepacked Royal Mail returns label. Please re-pack your un-worn garment in its original packaging and enclose your receipt slip.
Mainland UK Returns –
If you require any further assistance please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your Rae order number e.g RAE 1001.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
You have 30 days from receipt of your parcel to return any unwanted items to us. Your account may not be credited if you return goods outside of the agreed time frame.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s).
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the Rae tags still attached.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and your account will not be credited.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you do not receive your refund but you have received confirmation from us that we have processed it, please check with your bank or credit card company. Or, please contact us at email@example.com
We are sorry but at present we are not able to offer exchanges, we would suggest you return your item and reorder.
We have made every effort to ensure the colours of our products appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as mobile devices, tablets and computer screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your display of a colour is completely accurate.
