Orders

How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express. Your card will be charged as soon as you have placed your order.

 

How do I know you've received my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number. 

 

How do I know when my order is on its way?

Once your order has been processed, we will send you an email to let you know it's been dispatched with your tracking info.

 

Can I make changes to my order?

We cannot amend any orders after they have been placed.

 

What if I want to cancel my order?

We are unable to cancel an order after it has been placed.  Please note that UK returns are free so feel free to send any unwanted items back to us.

 

What happens if I receive the wrong item or if it's damaged or faulty?

Please email us at hello@rae-thebrand.com Quoting your order number and one of our team will get back to you within 48 hours. 

  

Am I able to exchange?

Unfortunately, we can't currently offer exchanges.

Discounts 

How do I use a promotional code?

Enter your discount code in at the checkout. Your discount will then be applied. Please note, only one promotional or discount code can be used per order.
